C & I Division
The C&I Division is the backbone of our organization and covers the Commercial, Industrial & Institutional markets.
For these customers we furnish and install complete electrical systems including; electrical services, power distribution, emergency power backups of all types, lighting, controls, branch circuits, equipment hook-ups etc.
We also furnish and install associated systems; Telephone and Data, Fire Alarm, Panic Systems, Nurse Call, Emergency Call etc.
Projects range in size and value up to several million dollars many of which are
design/build or value engineered.

Special Projects Division
Thanks to this uniquely organized operating unit, managed by
Mike Brusco,
we are able to efficiently service the smaller electrical construction projects, and telephone and data cabling. These Field Representatives (electricians) work from
fully-equipped service trucks also enabling us to respond quickly and efficiently to our clients 24 hour emergency needs.
All clients have the emergency phone numbers of these service men and our principal personnel to help assure the very best service during off-hours emergencies.

Residential Division
Since the early days in the 1920's when "James J. Ferry - Electrician" converted houses on Pittsburgh's South Side from gas to electric we have never, in spite of our growth, abandoned the residential market.
This division has continued to perform residential electrical, telephone and data repair and upgrade work to those seeking reliable friendly and exceptionally capable
service in their homes.
We maintain a core group of electricians with extensive experience in the residential market.
We promote these services to the residential community because we sense a growing need for prompt, reliable, courteous and guaranteed service at a fair price.
Estimates can often be provided immediately over the phone. We accept most major credit cards for your convenience.
